class=\"subsection\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>Postrelease community supervision shall include the following conditions:<\/p>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(a)\u2002The person shall be informed of the conditions of release.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(b)\u2002The person shall obey all laws.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(c)\u2002The person shall report to the supervising county agency within two working days of release from custody.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(d)\u2002The person shall follow the directives and instructions of the supervising county agency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(e)\u2002The person shall report to the supervising county agency as directed by that agency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(f)\u2002The person, and his or her residence and possessions, shall be subject to search at any time of the day or night, with or without a warrant, by an agent of the supervising county agency or by a peace officer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(g)\u2002The person shall waive extradition if found outside the state.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(h)<span class=\"added-material\">(1)<\/span>\u2002The person shall inform the supervising county agency of the person&#8217;s place of residence\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">and shall notify the supervising county agency of any change in residence, or the establishment of a new residence if the person was previously transient, within five working days of the change<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p><span class=\"added-material\">(2)\u2002For purposes of this section, \u201c<span class=\"wordphrase\">residence<\/span>\u201d means one or more locations at which a person regularly resides, regardless of the number of days or nights spent there, such as a shelter or structure that can be located by a street address, including, but not limited to, a house, apartment building, motel, hotel, homeless shelter, and recreational or other vehicle. \u2002If the person has no residence, he or she shall inform the supervising county agency that he or she is transient.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(i)(1)\u2002The person shall inform the supervising county agency of\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">the person&#8217;s place of employment, education, or training. \u2002The person shall inform the supervising agency of<\/span>\u00a0any pending or anticipated\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">change<\/span>\u00a0in\u00a0employment, education, or training.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(2)\u2002If the person enters into new employment, he or she shall inform the supervising county agency of the new employment within three business days of that entry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(j)\u2002The person shall immediately inform the supervising county agency if he or she is arrested or receives a citation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(k)\u2002The person shall obtain the permission of the supervising county agency to travel more than 50 miles from the person&#8217;s place of residence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(<i>l<\/i>)\u2002The person shall obtain a travel pass from the supervising county agency before he or she may leave the county or state for more than two days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(m)\u2002The person shall not be in the presence of a firearm or ammunition, or any item that appears to be a firearm or ammunition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(n)\u2002The person shall not possess, use, or have access to any weapon listed in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16140, subdivision (c)\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16170\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16220\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16260\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16320\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16330\u00a0<\/span>, or\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16340, subdivision (b)\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16460\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16470, subdivision (f)\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16520\u00a0<\/span>, or\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 16570\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16740\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16760\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16830\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16920\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16930\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">16940\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">17090\u00a0<\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(<i>o<\/i>)(1)\u2002Except as provided in paragraph (2) and subdivision (p), the person shall not possess a knife with a blade longer than two inches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(2)\u2002The person may possess a kitchen knife with a blade longer than two inches if the knife is used and kept only in the kitchen of the person&#8217;s residence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(p)\u2002The person may use a knife with a blade longer than two inches, if the use is required for that person&#8217;s employment, the use has been approved in a document issued by the supervising county agency, and the person possesses the document of approval at all times and makes it available for inspection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(q)\u2002The person shall waive any right to a court hearing prior to the imposition of a period of \u201cflash incarceration\u201d in a city or county jail of not more than 10 consecutive days for any violation of his or her postrelease supervision conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(r)\u2002The person shall participate in rehabilitation programming as recommended by the supervising county agency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(s)\u2002The person shall be subject to arrest with or without a warrant by a peace officer employed by the supervising county agency or, at the direction of the supervising county agency, by any peace officer when there is probable cause to believe the person has violated the terms and conditions of his or her release.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(t)\u2002The person shall pay court-ordered restitution and restitution fines in the same manner as a person placed on probation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a
