class=\"subsection\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(a)\u2002Except as provided in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 18075.7\u00a0<\/span>, all manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial coaches, truck campers, and floating homes shall be subject to the provisions of this code for the purposes of titling and registration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(b)\u2002The department\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">may<\/span>\u00a0adopt and amend, as necessary, regulations to implement, interpret, and make specific the provisions of this chapter. \u2002<span class=\"added-material\">The department<\/span>\u00a0shall provide for an orderly and economical transfer of registrations and titles for manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial coaches,\u00a0and floating homes previously issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles to those issued by the department. \u2002Any registration, title, or decal issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles shall be valid until renewed, replaced, transferred, suspended, or revoked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(c)\u2002The department may<span class=\"added-material\">, but shall not be required to,<\/span>\u00a0establish a schedule of fees to pay the costs of work related to administration and enforcement of this chapter, except where the fees are expressly stated herein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a
