class=\"subsection\">(a)\u2002The elections official shall transmit the semifinal official results to the Secretary of State in the manner and according to the schedule prescribed by the Secretary of State prior to each election, for the following:<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(1)\u2002All candidates voted for statewide office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(2)\u2002All candidates voted for the following offices:<\/p>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(A)\u2002State Assembly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(B)\u2002State Senate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(C)\u2002Member of the United States House of Representatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(D)\u2002Member of the State Board of Equalization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(E)\u2002Justice of the Court of Appeals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(3)\u2002All persons voted for at the presidential primary or for electors of President and Vice President of the United States.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(4)\u2002Statewide ballot measures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(b)\u2002The elections official shall transmit the results to the Secretary of State at intervals no greater than two hours, following commencement of the semifinal official canvass.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br
