Punishment for active participation in criminal street gang<\/h2>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>Notwithstanding\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">subdivisions (a)\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">(b) of Section 182\u00a0<\/span>, any person who actively participates in any criminal street gang, as defined in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">subdivision (f) of Section 186.22\u00a0<\/span>, with knowledge that its members engage in or have engaged in a pattern of criminal gang activity, as defined in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">subdivision (e) of Section 186.22\u00a0<\/span>, and who willfully promotes, furthers, assists, or benefits from any felonious criminal conduct by members of that gang is guilty of conspiracy to commit that felony and may be punished as specified in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">subdivision (a) of Section 182\u00a0<\/span>.<br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowdsourcelawyers.com\/\">CrowdSourceLawyers.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":0,"parent":2019,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-5054","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
