Punishment for robbery<\/h2>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(a)\u2002Robbery is punishable as follows:<\/p>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(1)\u2002Robbery of the first degree\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">is punishable as follows<\/span>:<\/p>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span class=\"added-material\">(A)\u2002If the defendant, voluntarily acting in concert with two or more other persons, commits the robbery within an inhabited dwelling house, a vessel as defined in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 21 of the Harbors and Navigation Code\u00a0<\/span>, which is inhabited and designed for habitation, an inhabited floating home as defined in\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">subdivision (d) of Section 18075.55 of the Health and Safety Code\u00a0<\/span>, a trailer coach as defined in the Vehicle Code, which is inhabited, or the inhabited portion of any other building, by imprisonment in the state prison for three, six, or nine years.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span class=\"added-material\">(B)\u2002In all cases other than that specified in subparagraph (A),<\/span>\u00a0by imprisonment in the state prison for three, four, or six years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(2)\u2002Robbery of the second degree\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">is punishable<\/span>\u00a0by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or five years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"subsection\">\n<p>(b)\u2002Notwithstanding\u00a0<span class=\"cite\">Section 664\u00a0<\/span>, attempted robbery\u00a0<span class=\"added-material\">in violation of paragraph (2) of subdivision (a)<\/span>\u00a0is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowdsourcelawyers.com\/\">CrowdSourceLawyers.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":0,"parent":2019,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-6013","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
