They may need to be modified depending on the facts of the case.<\/p>\n<p>Modify question 1 by referring to one of the other three grounds for concealment listed in element 1 of\u00a0CACI No. 1901,\u00a0<span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">Concealment<\/span>, depending on which ground is applicable to the facts of the case.<\/p>\n<p>If specificity is not required, users do not have to itemize all the damages listed in question 5. The breakdown is optional depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>If there are multiple causes of action, users may wish to combine the individual forms into one form. If different damages are recoverable on different causes of action, replace the damages tables in all of the verdict forms with\u00a0CACI No. VF-3920,\u00a0<span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">Damages on Multiple Legal Theories<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>If the jury is being given the discretion under\u00a0Civil Code section 3288\u00a0to award prejudgment interest (see\u00a0<span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">Bullis v. Security Pac.
