They may need to be modified depending on the facts of the case.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the facts of the case, question 2 may be replaced with one of the other options from element 2 of\u00a0CACI No. 2021.<\/p>\n<p>If specificity is not required, users do not have to itemize all the damages listed in question 8 and do not have to categorize \u201ceconomic\u201d and \u201cnoneconomic\u201d damages, especially if it is not a Proposition 51 case.
