section are intended only as models. They may need to be modified depending on the facts of the case. For example, if the public entity\u2019s project was completed before the date of valuation, modify question 3 accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>If the jury is being given the discretion under\u00a0Civil Code section 3288\u00a0to award prejudgment interest (see\u00a0<span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">Bullis v.
