class=\"SS_bf\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_bf\">The [<\/span><span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">name of condemnor<\/span><span class=\"SS_bf\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_bf\">] has taken the right to use a portion of [<\/span><span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">name of property owner<\/span><span class=\"SS_bf\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_bf\">]\u2019s land for a specific purpose. That right is called an \u201ceasement.\u201d After an easement has been taken, the property owner has the right to use the land for any purpose that does not conflict with the easement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"SS_bf\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_bf\">You must determine the fair market value of the easement on [<\/span><span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">insert date of valuation<\/span><span class=\"SS_bf\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_bf\">].
