They may need to be modified depending on the facts of the case.<\/p>\n<p>Omit question 1 if the defendant is a person such as a social host who, though not required to be licensed, sells alcohol to an obviously intoxicated minor. (See\u00a0<span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">Ennabe v. Manosa<\/span>\u00a0(2014) 58 Cal.4th 697, 711 [168 Cal.Rptr.3d 440, 319 P.3d 201].)<\/p>\n<p>If specificity is not required, users do not have to itemize all the damages listed in question 7. The breakdown is optional depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>If there are multiple causes of action, users may wish to combine the individual forms into one form. If different damages are recoverable on different causes of action, replace the damages tables in all of the verdict forms with\u00a0CACI No. VF-3920,\u00a0<span class=\"SS_it\" data-housestyle=\"EMPHASIS_it\">Damages on Multiple Legal Theories<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>If the comparative fault of the plaintiff is an issue, this form should be modified.
